When we explore a new topic, we bring together all the parties involved and form a working group. Our objective is to mobilize a broad spectrum of organizations ranging from large companies or institutional bodies to small NGOs. We make them work together so that they can come up with a theoretical solution to address the issue.<\/p>\n

TESTING<\/h2>\n

Once the outlines of the project have been defined, our team tests the solution in a real-life experiment. This phase is essential to validate or invalidate the hypotheses underlying the\u00a0suggested solution.<\/p>\n

The confrontation between theory and practice requires further adjustments aiming at improving our approach, our offer, or our process.<\/p>\n

SCALING-UP<\/h2>\n

When the experimental phase has proven successful, we try to scale-up the project. The partnerships we established beforehand turn out to be crucial in the expansion of the offer\/approach that we tested.<\/p>\n
