The platform aims at supporting Banque Postale\u2019s customers facing financial difficulties and credit pressure, with 2 main objectives :<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 support the customers facing short term or long-term financial difficulties and provide them with budgetary advice and support<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 improve prevention measures on financial vulnerability<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Appui is a call center that any Banque Postale\u2019s customer can reach via a non surcharged call (from Monday to Friday at 09 69 36 39 20, from 8am to 6pm ). The customer can also be redirected to the call center via La Banque Postale\u2019s financial center, its consumers credit subsidiaries department, and in post offices.<\/p>\n<p>Telephone conversations aim at evaluating the customer\u2019s problems and his\/her disposable income, potential social benefits he\/she can receive, identifying over indebtdness situations, and offer him\/her various solutions such as micro credit through specific charities and associations social business programs offers (Mobiliz, Optique Solidaire and Malin programs) the Action Tank monitors.<\/p>\n<h2><b>Partnerships and scheme <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>The customer can be redirected to the call center via La Banque Postale\u2019s financial center, its consumers credit subsidiaries department, and in post offices.<\/p>\n<p>Other partners can help such as NGOs and community action centers<\/p>\n<p>Located in Paris, in the Banque Postale\u2019s financial center, the platform\u2019s offices counts 22 customers advisors who received a specific training with budgetary guidance on case studies<\/p>\n<p>More than 4000 people have already been oriented to the call center since its launch at the end of 2013, and it is expanding<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Appui\u2019s call center has been selected by the French government\u00a0 in June among 15 innovative initiatives addressing social inclusion in the banking field, called \u201cLa France s\u2019engage\u201d (\u201cFrance gets involved\u201d) .
